Hy Fun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 50+ countries is seeking to strengthen its Accounts and Finance Team. We are looking to fill the Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts (Accounts Receivable – Domestic Business) position based in Ahmedabad.
Position/Profile Title: Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts (Accounts Receivable – Domestic Business)
Reporting to: GM – Finance& Accounts (Business Partner)
Location : Ahmedabad
Essential Qualification : B. Com/M. Com/MBA/CA with 5 - 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Essential Area of Expertise: Claims management, Order to Cash Management, Claims Analysis, Monthly P& L preparation & analysis for domestic business, Incentive calculation, managing audits
Critical/Special Exposure: ERP (SAP) Exposure, valuable in excel, account reconciliation, excellent verbal and written in communication
Roles and Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management- Domestic Business
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process for key customer segments including Modern Trade, E-commerce,



Key Accounts, Institutional Sales, and Food Service (HORECA).
Lead customer account reconciliations and ensure timely closure of outstanding items through regular review meetings and formal sign-offs with customers. Travel to customer locations, as required, to facilitate reconciliation and dispute resolution.
Oversee receipt accounting, scheme credit note processing, scheme profitability analysis, return-on-investment (ROI) evaluation of trade schemes, P&L; preparation and analysis, travel claim settlements, and marketing spend management. Monitor actual expenditures against approved budgets.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing team, and customers to resolve open items and improve collection efficiency.
Prepare and circulate periodic MIS reports highlighting outstanding issues, ageing analysis, action plans, and closure status.
