We are looking for an experienced leader in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to drive large-scale back-office operations and deliver measurable revenue outcomes.
Experience Required: 14–20 Years
Team Management: 300–500+ FTEs
Domain: US Healthcare RCM / Healthcare BPO

• Cash Collections & Cash Acceleration
• AR Days Reduction
• Denial Management & Overturn Rates
• GCR / MNCR Improvement
• Revenue Leakage & Write-off Reduction
✅ Lead large-scale Back-Office RCM Operations:
• AR Follow-up
• Denials Management
• Payment Posting
• Coding Support
• Adjustments Processing
✅ Drive cross-functional collaboration with Front-End and Mid-Cycle teams to identify and resolve root causes impacting revenue outcomes.
✅ Leverage analytics, automation, and AI to improve:
• AR Prioritization
• Denial Prediction & Prevention
• Workflow Automation
• Revenue Performance
✅ Lead transformation initiatives focused on:




• Cost-to-Collect Reduction
• Productivity Enhancement
• Process Simplification
• Operational Excellence
✅ Manage client stakeholders and drive governance discussions around performance, insights, continuous improvement, and business outcomes.
Desired Profile:
✔ 12–15 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM Operations
✔ Strong expertise across the end-to-end Revenue Cycle
✔ Proven leadership of large operations teams (300–500+ FTEs)
✔ Experience driving automation, transformation, and process excellence initiatives
✔ Solid stakeholder and client management skills
✔ Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
✔ MBA preferred
