Insight Global is seeking a Product Analyst to join the People Digital Product Portfolio to support the SAP Fieldglass system. You will play a key role in the global implementation of vendor management and external workforce system i.e. SAP Fieldglass. Working closely with the Product Owner, you'll act as a functional expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support requirements, analyze, design, and implement system solutions that align with business goals and compliance standards.
You will represent the voice of the customer, whether internal or external, and make sure that squad priorities are aligned to business needs. You will do this through a deep functional understanding of HR process design coupled with a robust technical background.
Among your responsibilities, you will:
- Gather and document global and regional business requirements
- Support design workshops and process mapping sessions
- Translate functional requirements into detailed configuration specifications
- Support system integrations with Workday, SAP S4 HANA, and Coupa




- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and SIT
- Maintain comprehensive functional documentation
- Own and manage the SAP Fieldglass current modules i.e. Profile Worker / resource tracking
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and acceptance ceremonies for the support squad
- Serve as primary point of contact for HR, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders for operational needs
- Prioritize and triage incoming enhancement requests via a well-organized backlog of user stories and clearly communicate what needs to be done and by when
Additional responsibilities:
- Translating complex business requirements into actionable SAP Fieldglass requirements for technology teams (configurations, integrations, data etc.)
- Supporting the Fieldglass Product Owner in planning and delivering transformation
- Supporting global template design and localization efforts
- Managing and prioritizing backlog items in AG
