Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Bidder (SEO) based in Chandigarh. The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and bidding on SEO-related projects through online platforms, ensuring proposals align with client requirements and company capabilities. Daily tasks include conducting market and client research, drafting explicit and persuasive proposals, coordinating with the SEO and digital marketing teams to define project scopes, and tracking bid status to maximize conversion rates. The role involves regular communication with prospective clients, responding to queries, scheduling discussions, and maintaining accurate records of opportunities and outcomes in CRM or tracking tools. The Online Bidder will also support continuous improvement by analyzing win/loss data, updating bidding strategies, and sharing insights with the broader team.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective client interaction, proposal presentation,



and internal collaboration.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess project requirements, evaluate competition, and optimize bidding strategies.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to identify relevant platforms, understand client needs, and stay informed about SEO and digital marketing trends.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Writing skills to prepare concise, compelling proposals and client communications.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to share bidding best practices and updates with team members when needed.
- Working knowledge of SEO concepts, digital marketing services, and common online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work with targets, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and maintain detailed documentation of bids and outcomes.
