Role Description The Video Editor role at Cup-Ji is a full-time, hybrid position based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. The Video Editor will be responsible for planning, editing, and producing video content for digital channels, including social media, websites, and campaigns. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting and refining shots, adding transitions, text, and motion graphics, and ensuring consistent visual storytelling aligned with the brand. The role also involves color grading,



basic sound editing, and collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and content calendars. The Video Editor will manage media assets, maintain organized project files, and deliver videos optimized for different platforms and formats.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including assembling raw footage, timelines, and exporting videos for various platforms.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent look, mood, and brand aesthetics across all content.
Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower-thirds, overlays, and simple animations.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve; After Effects or similar for motion graphics).
Understanding of social media formats and best practices for short-form and long-f
