About the Role
The Associate will play a dual role, combining analytical support with client-facing responsibilities. This includes preparing pitch materials, conducting financial analysis, and supporting senior bankers in coverage of key corporate and institutional clients. The role requires strong financial modeling, market research, and presentation skills,



along with the ability to contribute to client meetings and relationship management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coverage & Pitching
Assist senior coverage bankers in managing client relationships across sectors.
Prepare client pitches, presentations, and briefing notes for new business development.
Participate in select client meetings, contributing to discussions and providing analytical insights.
Track client engagement activities and help in identifying cross-sell opportunities.
Analytical Support
Conduct financial statement analysis, valuation, benchmarking, and industry research.
Support in preparation of transaction memos, pitchbooks, and internal credit presentations.
Develop financial models (DCF, trading comparables, transaction comps, scenario analysis).
Monitor client portfolio performance and prepare periodic review materials.
Market & Sector Research
Track industry developments, competitive intelligence, and macroeconomic trends.
