Anna Simona Kids is a premium, design-led baby essentials brand based in Mumbai — and we're growing fast. We're looking for a sharp, experienced performance marketer to own and scale our paid channels end to end.
This is not a coordination role. We need someone who has genuinely scaled a D2 C brand through paid media — someone who understands the numbers, builds the strategy, executes it, and is accountable for results.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
Meta Ads
→ Full ownership of Meta campaigns — strategy, structure, creative briefing, testing, scaling
→ Manage prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
→ Build and maintain campaign architecture — audience segmentation, funnel structure, budget allocation
→ Brief creative team on video and static ad concepts based on what's working
→ Analyse performance weekly — ROAS, CPM, CTR, CPC, frequency — and act on it
Google Ads
→ Own Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
→ Keyword strategy, bid management, product feed optimisation
→ Track and improve Google ROAS across all campaign types
Whats App Marketing




→ Own all Whats App broadcast campaigns via Byte Speed AI
→ Build and manage retention flows — abandoned cart, welcome series, post-purchase, replenishment
→ Plan and execute monthly campaign calendar
→ Monitor open rates, click rates, conversion rates — test and improve continuously
Performance & Reporting
→ Weekly performance report — all channels, key metrics, what changed and why
→ Monthly marketing report with explicit insights and recommendations
→ Own the marketing P&L; — know your blended ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin at all times
→ Track and report on new vs repeat customer acquisition across all channels
→ Use Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Byte Speed dashboards fluently
