Job Summary
We are looking for a Statutory Compliance Executive – PF Specialist with strong expertise in Provident Fund (PF) to manage end-to-end PF compliance operations. The role requires in-depth knowledge of EPFO regulations, filings, reconciliations, and handling audits/inspections, ensuring full statutory adherence.
Key Responsibilities (Primary Focus – PF)
Manage end-to-end PF compliance activities including registration, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Handle monthly PF returns (ECR filing) and ensure timely contributions.
Perform PF reconciliation with payroll and resolve discrepancies.
Process UAN generation, KYC updates, transfers, withdrawals, and claims.
Liaise with EPFO authorities for issue resolution, inspections, and notices.
Handle PF inspections, audits, and compliance verifications.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of PF records and registers.
Track changes in EPFO rules and ensure timely implementation.
Support employees in PF-related queries (claims,



passbook, pension, etc.).
Secondary Responsibilities (Other Statutory Compliance)
Assist with compliance related to ESI, Skilled Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity , etc.
Support contractor/vendor PF compliance (if applicable).
Ensure timely filings of statutory returns and maintain compliance calendars.
Collaborate with payroll, HR, and finance teams for statutory accuracy.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / HR / Law preferred).
3+ years of hands-on experience in PF compliance.
Strong knowledge of EPF Act, EPFO portal, ECR filing, and PF processes.
Experience in handling UAN, KYC, PF transfers, claims, and reconciliations.
Familiarity with payroll systems and statutory integrations.
Proficiency in MS Excel (reconciliation & reporting skills).
Good communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Labour Laws / Statutory Comp
