Key Responsibilities
β€’ Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and related software.
β€’ Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP) to ensure accuracy and
design integrity.
β€’ Support project teams in integrating BIM workflows and ensuring compliance with company BIM
standards.
β€’ Produce construction documents, drawings, and schedules directly from the BIM model.
β€’ Conduct model audits, clash detection, and design coordination reviews.
β€’ Assist in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensuring adherence to project protocols.
β€’ Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical and coordination issues.
β€’ Support digital design innovation and promote BIM best practices across teams.
β€’ Maintain organised documentation and ensure models are updated throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements to Apply
β€’ Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIM-based architectural design and documentation.




β€’ Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Auto CAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
β€’ Strong understanding of architectural detailing, design coordination, and project documentation.
β€’ Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD definitions, and BEP implementation.
β€’ Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
β€’ Knowledge of Dubai or GCC building codes and standards is an advantage.
β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment
