About Position:
We are looking for an Advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development Lead to architect, build, and optimize complex multi-channel automation, personalization, and integration solutions. This is a hand son technical leadership role involving solution engineering, dev standards, code reviews, platform integration, performance tuning, and governance.

What You'll Do:
You will lead a team of SFMC developers/engineers and collaborate with architects, product managers, data teams, and marketing stakeholders to deliver high-performing journeys, automations, personalization experiences, and data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and real-time triggers.
Technical Architecture Solution Design: Lead end-to-end technical design for SFMC implementations across: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Connect Mobile Push Cloud Pages Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)



Datorama / Marketing Cloud Intelligence Drive Contact model, send classification, subscriber architecture, and attribute group modeling.
Design event-driven and real-time personalization solutions using: Entry Events Journey APIEvent Notification Services Data Cloud triggers
Development Engineering Leadership: Lead hands on SFMC development: Advanced AMPscript, SSJS, Server-Side API integrations.
Complex SQL for segmentation, transformations, and automations Cloud Page appscustom preference centers Custom-triggered emails via REST/SOAP APIs Build reusable libraries, utilities, and coding frameworks for SFMC.
Conduct detailed code reviews, enforce quality standards, ensure Git-based version control.
