Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential 8-12 years HR professional who combines strong HR generalist capabilities with analytical depth, excellent project execution skills, and a forward-looking mindset toward AI. Someone with a strong analytical capability with ability to think from the ground up, structure projects effectively, track and interpret data rigorously, connect dots across insights, and demonstrate excellent Excel skills (mandatory). This is an individual contributor role suited for someone who enjoys solving complex people challenges, building solutions from scratch, and driving impact in a fast-paced qualified services environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Generalist & Employee Relations
Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers/leaders on day-to-day HR matters
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee connects, engagement, and exit management
Handle employee relations issues with maturity, ensuring fair and consistent resolution while maintaining confidentiality




Develop a strong understanding of employee sentiment and proactively address concerns
2. People Analytics & Insights
Establish strong data tracking mechanisms across HR processes (attrition, engagement, performance, employee lifecycle) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data
Own and maintain structured datasets, ensuring regular updates, hygiene, and usability for analysis
Leverage tracked data to generate actionable insights on attrition, engagement, performance, and productivity
Design, manage, and analyze employee pulse surveys, translating feedback into meaningful interventions
Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making
Identify trends and proactively recommend interventions based on data and employee feedback
3. Project Management & Execution
Drive cross-functional HR projects from concept to execution
Manage engagement programs and pulse surveys end-to-end
Own the complete R&R; operations
Ensure structured pla
