Job Summary
Accton/Edgecore is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Engineer to join our Engineering team. The role is responsible for supporting engineering activities related to SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and FATP (Final Assembly, Test, and Pack) manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in Process Engineering (PE), Manufacturing Engineering (ME), or Test Engineering (TE) within an EMS or electronics manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and audit engineering activities within SMT and FATP production workshops.
Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Provide engineering support in Process Engineering (PE), Manufacturing Engineering (ME), or Test Engineering (TE).
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.




Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D; teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and mass production.
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, manufacturing procedures, and quality requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
2–6 years of experience in an EMS or electronics manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of SMT and FATP manufacturing processes.
Experience in PE, ME, or TE functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
