We are looking for a driven Events Specialist to help shape and deliver high‑impact marketing events across the India region. In this role, you will work closely with senior marketing stakeholders and external partners, playing a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing events that make a real business impact.

What you will do:
- Support planning and execution of marketing events (conferences, seminars, Tech Days, webinars, exhibitions)
- Assist with event budgeting and cost tracking for the India region
- Coordinate venues and vendors (research, site visits, negotiations, logistics)
- Support on‑site event execution
- Maintain the marketing events calendar and event checklists
- Help with post‑event reporting and improvements
- Manage print and marketing collaterals
- Work with Pardot, Salesforce, and event management tools
What you bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in Marketing or corporate events
- Hands‑on experience supporting end‑to‑end events
- Solid organisational and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Basic working knowledge of marketing automation & event tools
- Flexibility to support events as needed
