Job Overview:
The Campus Manager – Admissions and Outreach is a key leadership role within the Admissions department. The person in this role will be responsible for managing and driving the admissions process, overseeing outreach activities, and ensuring the effective recruitment of students. The role requires strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of the education sector, and the ability to develop strategies that enhance student engagement and enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions Strategy Development:
Develop and implement admissions strategies and plans to drive student enrollment for various programs at Chandigarh University. Identify target markets and key recruitment channels.
Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of admissions officers and outreach coordinators to achieve enrollment targets. Set transparent goals, provide ongoing training, and support for the team to ensure high performance and engagement.
Student Outreach Programs:
Plan and oversee outreach programs, including school visits, college fairs, webinars, and information sessions,



to engage prospective students and build awareness about the university’s programs and values.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Outreach:
Work with the marketing team to develop digital campaigns (social media, email marketing, etc.) that promote admissions and enhance the university's visibility. Use digital platforms to engage prospective students and encourage applications.
Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
Manage the lead generation process by identifying prospective students, creating targeted campaigns, and ensuring regular follow-ups. Develop strategies to convert leads into applicants by providing information and personalized guidance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as high school counselors, coaching centers, education agents, and parents. Collaborate with faculty and department heads to provide accurate program information.
