Hiring: Social Commerce & E-Commerce Growth Executive (US Market)
Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Work from Office)

We are looking for a results-oriented Social Commerce & E-Commerce Growth Executive to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and online sales across our D2 C website and social commerce channels for the US market.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social commerce, D2 C e-commerce, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and marketplace advertising, with a strong understanding of Shopify, Meta Commerce, Instagram Shop, Amazon, and Walmart marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth for the D2 C website and social commerce channels.
Manage and optimize Instagram Shop, Facebook Shop, and Meta Commerce platforms.
Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and social commerce campaigns.
Improve conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer retention.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop conversion-focused content.
Manage influencer, creator,



and affiliate partnerships to drive brand awareness and sales.
Support D2 C growth through social media, email marketing, retention, and performance marketing initiatives.
Leverage Amazon and Walmart marketplace marketing and advertising to support business growth.
Monitor and analyze key metrics including Revenue, Traffic, Conversion Rate, CAC, ROAS, AOV, and Repeat Purchase Rate.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–7 years of experience in Social Commerce, D2 C E-Commerce, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Instagram Shop, Facebook Shop, and Meta Commerce.
Robust understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention marketing, and performance marketing.
Experience with Amazon and Walmart marketplace advertising is preferred.
