Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :
●Own end-to-end First Mile operations across assigned cities — vendor pickups,
inwarding, hub movements, and inter-hub transfers.
●Ensure strict SLA adherence for pickups and dispatch with minimal losses, delays, or
damages.
● Drive high inventory accuracy across hubs and dark stores through audits,
reconciliations, and solid loss-prevention controls.
●Partner with Central Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate inventory
inflow, replenishment, and dispatch alignment.
●Lead manpower planning based on volume forecasts, ensuring optimal staffing across
hubs and ground operations.
● Manage and mentor Hub Managers, Inventory Associates, and ground staff with a sharp
focus on productivity and performance improvement.
●Optimize per-unit operational costs while maintaining quality and service benchmarks.
●Standardize and enforce SOPs to reduce leakages, shrinkage, pilferage,



and process
inefficiencies.
●Leverage dashboards, WMS, and manpower tracking tools to drive real-time visibility and
governance.
●Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to implement automation initiatives such as
barcode scanning, slotting optimization, and pick-pack improvements.
●Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations across all warehouse
environments.
●Act as the SPOC for city-level escalations related to First Mile, inventory gaps, and
manpower issues.
● Drive structured governance through performance reviews, metric dashboards, and
accountability frameworks.
Are you who we're searching for
●Qualification: Graduation required; MBA preferred (Operations/Supply Chain) or
equivalent hands-on experience.
●Experience: 8–12+ years in warehouse, dark store, fulfillment center, or First Mile logistics
operations with multi-city exposure.
