Key Responsibilities
Own financial controllership, accounting operations, MIS, and monthly/annual financial closures.
Ensure compliance across statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements while strengthening financial controls.
Drive budgeting, cash flow planning, and working capital management to support business growth.
Partner with leadership on financial reporting, business performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
Lead process improvements, automation, and finance SOPs to build scalable systems and controls.
Ideal Candidate Profil
CA qualification is mandator y with 6+ years of experienc e in finance and controllership roles
Startup experience is mandator y, preferably in D2 C, retail, or quick-commerce businesse s
Strong expertise in accounting, audits, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance management
Hands-on with MIS, forecasting, financial planning, and ERP/finance systems
Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working in high-growth, rapid-paced environments
