We are looking for a Lead - Medical Services, Medanta Labs (Diagnostics Chain) who will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, process standardization, and quality assurance across growing network of our small to mid-scale laboratories in multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Oversight & Problem Solving
Provide expert guidance and support to operational teams, technical staff, and reporting pathologists across all labs in the diagnostics chain
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to sample processing, equipment, methodology, and reporting




Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of test results
2. Expansion & Growth Support
Support setup of new laboratories in new cities, ensuring technical infrastructure, SOPs, and quality systems are implemented from the start
Evaluate feasibility of new test menus, advanced technologies, and automation to meet growing demands
Train and mentor technical staff in newly established labs
For the business development team, technical support is essential (as a speaker) during CMEs, round table meetings, and other business-level activities where expert knowledge is required
3. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to NABL guidelines and other statutory requirements
Conduct regular internal audits, quality control checks, and inter-laboratory comparisons
Implement risk mitigation strategies related to test reliability, biosafety, and data integrity
