Senior Finance Manager - A Rapid-Growing SMB Tech Startup (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Chartered Accountant with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in a high-growth startup environment. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation (GST & Income Tax), and end-to-end accounting operations, along with hands-on experience in managing treasury and cash flows. A solid understanding of MIS, financial controls, and process improvement is essential, complemented by a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.

The company supports over 10 M+ users with solutions spanning billing, inventory, and financial management, while handling large-scale transaction volumes. It emphasizes strong execution, scalable processes, and continuous product innovation.
Location: Bommanahalli (near Hosa Road Metro), Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire accounting & finance function for the organization




- Responsible for clean statutory reporting, month-end closing, and accounting with inhouse team
- Manage all tax (Income Tax, GST etc)
- Manage the treasury function including cashflow management, and all banking relationships
- Oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll).
- Responsible for monthly MIS and Reporting.
- Drive strong financial controls and processes for the business
Requirement:
- Should have the zest and enthusiasm to work with a progressive

- Prior work experience with saas start up and Big 4 or Big 6 is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team management, analytical skills
Education: Qualified CA
Experience: 4+ years of post qualification work experience in a growth start-up
Working days: Monday to Saturday
