Purpose of the Role:
Manager - Finance & Accounts is responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial management and ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards,



statutory requirements, and organizational policies. The role provides strategic financial leadership, strengthens governance frameworks, and supports informed decision-making for sustainable development outcomes. Discharge all accounting and finance functions and ensure the accounting standards are applied in relevant areas of work.
Key Deliverables:
Ensure end-to-end compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, including Direct & Indirect Taxation, GST, Companies Act, and Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA).
Establish robust financial controls and governance framework to ensure adherence to regulatory, donor, and organizational guidelines.
Seamless coordination for internal, programmatic, and statutory audits, ensure timely submission of records, and effective resolution of audit observations. Drive closure of audit findings by implementing corrective actions and stren
