As we expand our Copilot and Azure AI capabilities, we are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our Bangalore team and help build enterprise-grade AI solutions integrated with ERP platforms.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on AI engineer with robust Azure experience to design, build, and deploy intelligent Copilot-driven solutions for enterprise finance and operations use cases.
This is a technical delivery-focused role, working closely with architects, ERP consultants, and global client teams.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Model Development
Develop and fine-tune AI/ML and generative AI models using Azure Machine Learning
Build Copilot agents using Azure Open AI Service
Implement prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions
Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency
Azure Integration
Deploy AI solutions using Azure Open AI, Azure AI Studio, and Cognitive Services
Build scalable pipelines in Azure
Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems (ERP, databases, APIs)
Ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance
Data & MLOps
Prepare and manage structured and unstructured datasets
Implement vector search and semantic retrieval
Support CI/CD and MLOps practices for model lifecycle management
Monitor performance and continuously improve deployed solutions
Collaboration
Work with ERP functional teams on finance-focused AI use cases
Support solution demos and proof-of-concepts
Collaborate with global delivery teams across US, Germany, and Philippines
