Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and strategize: Drive the end‑to‑end design, implementation, and optimization of Service Now AI solutions, including Generative AI, Automation Engine, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agents, and Workflow Automations. Develop AI adoption roadmaps aligned to client business goals.
- Team and project leadership: Provide expert guidance and leadership to project teams, coordinating daily tasks, assigning work packages, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be the central point of contact for clients and all project stakeholders.
- Consulting and solution design:



Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to leverage AI for improved productivity, efficiency, and experience. Design intelligent workflows using components such as:
Generative AI / Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence (classification, clustering, similarity), Virtual Agent and conversational experiences, Workflow automation, AI Search.
Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solution architecture.
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain solid, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, Collaborate closely with business leaders, process owners, IT teams, and Service Now platform owners. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
