Responsibilities:
Computer aided drug discovery for hit identification.
Protein engineering
de novo protein design and computational evaluation
Develop and implement computational models to study protein structures.
Computational antibody engineering
Conduct molecular docking, dynamics simulations, and free-energy calculations.
Experience in handling protein structure prediction tools
Collaborate with experimental scientists to validate computational predictions.
Maintain and optimize computational pipelines for high-throughput analysis.
Data Analysis and Interpretation
Write and present research findings in scientific reports and publications/patents.
Required Skills:
Machine learning based platforms for protein engineering and modelling (Alpha Fold, RFDiffusion, Rosetta Fold)
Generative AI for small molecule and peptide design
Qualification
Master's degree/Ph D in Bioinformatics, Computational structural biology
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, or Java.
Robust expertise in structural modeling tools (e.g., Rosetta, Py MOL, Chimera).
Experience in docking (Glide, Auto Dock Vina, HADDOCK) and molecular dynamics simulations (AMBER, GROMACS. Desmond) etc
Experience in downstream analysis tools such as MMPBSA, FEP
Immunoinformatic, computational protein engineering tools
