About the Role
We are looking for a General Manager Growth to drive revenue growth, customer success, account expansion, and business performance across key customer segments.
At Pidge, Growth sits at the intersection of Revenue, Customer Success, Business Strategy, Analytics, and Operations. This role is not limited to sales or account management. It requires someone who can deeply understand customers, identify growth opportunities, improve retention, drive expansion, and work cross-functionally to ensure robust business outcomes. The ideal candidate should be numbers driven, customer-focused, commercially sharp, and execution-oriented, with the ability to convert data, customer insights, and business priorities into measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Own growth and revenue performance for assigned customer segments, accounts, or business verticals.
- Drive customer success, retention, account expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth from existing and new accounts.
- Work closely with Revenue teams to identify opportunities, improve customer penetration,



and increase wallet share.
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs, usage patterns, business challenges, and growth potential.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Success teams to solve customer issues and improve service outcomes.
- Track key business metrics including revenue, gross margin, customer retention, churn, account growth, customer satisfaction, and service performance.
- Prepare growth plans, account plans, performance reviews, forecasts, and business dashboards.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, revenue gaps, pricing opportunities, customer risks, and expansion potential.
- Strengthen customer relationships through structured reviews, proactive engagement, and problem-solving.
