Job Description:-
Dermatouch is looking for a creative and research-driven NPD Executive to lead the development of innovative skincare and wellness products. The role involves market research, product conceptualization, coordination with third-party manufacturers, formulation development, packaging coordination, and product launch execution.
The ideal candidate should have experience in skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or wellness product development with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
Key Responsibilities :-
Research skincare and wellness market trends, competitor products, and emerging ingredients
Develop new product concepts aligned with brand strategy and consumer demand
Coordinate with formulators, manufacturers, packaging vendors, and design teams
Work on product formulation trials, sample approvals, and product testing
Manage timelines from concept to commercial launch
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Coordinate for product claims, ingredient positioning, and packaging content




Collaborate with marketing and performance teams for successful product launches
Maintain NPD documentation, costing, and product development trackers
Source innovative ingredients, packaging ideas, and market opportunities
Requirements :-
Experience in New Product Development within skincare, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or wellness industry
Knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and product trends
Robust coordination and project management skills
Understanding of packaging development and vendor management
Good analytical and market research abilities
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously
