About the rol e: We are looking f or performance-driven growth profession als to own and scale o ur user acquisition eng ine across app channels. You will be responsible for driving key business metrics li ke Revenue, CAC, ROAS, and Contribution Marg ins, while working at the intersection of data, creatives, and user understand ing. This is not just a "media buying" role; it requires a deep understanding of t he "Bharat" user pers ona,



sharp creative intuition for devotional content, and the analytical rigor to scale high-intent transactions. You will work at the intersection of data and storytelling, collaborating closely with Category, Product, and Creative teams to serve millions on their digital devotional journe ys.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and scale web and app marketing campaigns across Meta & Google.
Own end-to-end campaign performance — budgets, bidding, and optimization
Drive improvements in CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth
Analyze performance deeply (beyond CTR/CPC) and identify growth opportunities
Run continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels
Collaborate with product, content, and category teams to improve conversion and scale
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing / growth (D2 C / B2 C)
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
Proven track record of scaling campaigns with
