Key Responsibilities:
ο· Develop and optimize RT-PCR assays for molecular diagnostics
ο· Perform primer/probe designing and assay validation
ο· Conduct molecular biology experiments including RNA/DNA extraction,
PCR, and RT-PCR
ο· Analyze experimental data and prepare technical documentation
ο· Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution
ο· Ensure compliance with laboratory quality and regulatory standards
ο· Maintain accurate records of experiments and development activities
Required Skills:
ο· Strong understanding of Molecular Biology concepts
ο· Hands-on knowledge of RT-PCR techniques
ο· Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
ο· Documentation and data interpretation skills
ο· Ability to work independently in a research environment
