Jaico Publishing House is one of India's leading publishers, with a catalogue spanning bestselling titles across genres like self-help, business & management, religion & spirituality, and wellness & mindfulness. Besides English, we also publish in multiple Indian languages. As we grow our presence on Amazon, we're looking for a driven e-commerce intern to help scale our online business.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You'll work closely with the marketplace team to manage and grow Jaico's presence on Amazon. This is a hands-on role — you'll own real tasks from Day 1, including ad campaigns, product listings, and SEO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Amazon Advertising
- Assist in setting up, managing, and optimising Amazon campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance (ACo S, CTR, CVR, Spends, Sales, etc.)
- Work on placement and keyword bids
- Conduct keyword research for ad targeting
Listing Optimisation
- Audit and improve existing product listings: titles, images, descriptions, backend keywords, etc.




- Ensure listings are accurate, compelling, and conversion-optimised
- Check for A+ listing and Keywords thereof
SEO for Current Listings
- Research relevant keywords for new title launches
- Write SEO-optimised content for the product description
- Create SEO-optimised taglines
- Track BSR rankings and organic visibility
- Suggest best suited browse nodes & BISAC categories
Reporting & Analysis
- Compile weekly performance reports
- Identify trends and flag opportunities or issues to the team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce or a related field
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central is a plus (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
- Good written English
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
- Bonus: prior experience with e-comm
