ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Reporting & Corporate Finance skilled to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring 6–8 years of hands-on experience spanning financial reporting, statutory audits, and FP&A.; This role is critical to ensuring the integrity of our financial statements, driving insightful management reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Reporting & MIS
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures, ensuring accurate recording of accruals, prepaid expenses, amortization, and other adjustments.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) with accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and analyze P&L; statements across product lines, channels (online vs. offline), and brands.
Build and maintain financial dashboards and executive-level reports for senior management and board visibility.
Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to track business health and flag emerging risks early.
Handle consolidation of accounts and intercompany eliminations across group entities.
Conduct detailed variance analysis on budgets vs. actuals, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
2. Accounting and Audit Compliance
Prepare audit-ready financial statements in compliance with IND AS and Indian GAAP requirement and coordinate statutory audits liaising with Big 4 / audit firms.
Maintain data integrity and ensure all documentation is audit-ready at all times.
Manage compliance with developed processes, SOPs, documentary controls, and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control.
3. Business Partnering
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Product Development) to understand their financial needs and constraints
