Job Title - Marketing Team Lead
Shift schedule - 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (4 day WFO, 1 day WFH)
Location - Kharadi, Pune
Role Overview ~
We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead to drive lead generation, manage marketing campaigns, and lead a cross-functional team. This role will also be responsible for managing and growing our media publication Tech Research (), focusing on traffic, engagement, and overall performance, while ensuring smooth day-to-day team operations.
Key Responsibilities ~
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive lead generation and ROI
• Own and manage a cross-functional marketing team including performance marketers, SEO specialists, social media specialists, content writers, email marketing executives, and designers.
• Take full ownership of team operations, including:
- Tracking daily tasks and ensuring timely completion
- Managing team bandwidth, workload distribution, and accountability
- Driving discipline, productivity, and adherence to timelines




• Set clear KPIs and deliverables for each function and ensure regular follow-ups and reporting
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPL, ROI, conversions) and continuously optimize for better results
• Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns including landing pages, content, ads, SEO, and email marketing
• Drive growth and management of Tech including traffic growth, SEO, content planning, publishing coordination, and engagement
• Prepare and present weekly performance and team reports to leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications ~
• Experience: 4-6 years in digital marketing, with 1–3 years in a team lead role
• Solid experience in lead generation and performance marketing
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Hands-on understanding of marketing channels (paid, SEO, social media, email, content)
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage both execution and team operations
