As our podcast platform ‘Breakthrough Moments with Priyanka Bhatt’ continues to grow, we're looking for a Podcast Content Manager who can turn long-form conversations into engaging, high-performing content across Instagram and Linked In.
About the Role
- This role is a blend of content production, storytelling, and social media execution.
- We're looking for someone who understands how to extract the most compelling moments from a podcast, transform them into engaging short-form content,



and ensure that content reaches the right audience.
- You should be equally comfortable leading a team of editors and designers identifying a strong content angle, planning a content calendar, and managing day-to-day publishing across social platforms.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of content, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- You understand that great content isn't created by accident—it comes from identifying solid narratives, packaging them effectively, and distributing them consistently.
Tasks that are a must have in your CV:
Podcast Content Production
- Watch and review podcast episodes in full.
- Identify high-impact moments, stories, insights, and audience-relevant conversations.
- Cut reels for virality - for , short-form videos, and podcast clips that will be amplified on all digital assets
- Develop trailers and promotional content for each episode.
- Ensure every podcast episode
