The VP/Head of Product Management will be responsible for leading end-to-end Product Management functions for the company, working closely with the CEO, COO, CRO and other company executives to drive product strategy, roadmaps,



development plans, releases and go-to market, delivering success across products and services. The Head of Product Management will also be responsible for automation efforts across multiple services and incorporate them into core products as part of the roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit (as needed), mentor and lead a team of product managers, UI/UX engineers, scrum masters, documentation specialists, and project management resources.
Develop & execute Product Strategy globally, aligning with the company's overall vision and business strategy and sales execution plans.
Create and manage short-term (6 months) and long-term (6-24 months) product roadmaps, aligning with product strategy & business goals.
Develop and manage services automation roadmap and execution, leading their adoption into product roadmap as features and functionalities as appropriate.
