We Are Hiring: Operations Support Specialist (BPO)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Support Specialist to join our team. If you have experience in customer support, ticket handling, order management, or back-office operations, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound tickets related to orders, tracking, and shipping issues
- Update order details, tracking information, and internal records accurately
- Resolve customer queries and standard exceptions as per SOPs
- Escalate complex cases when required
- Maintain proper documentation and internal notes
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in BPO, customer support,
or operations support
- Experience with ticketing tools like Zendesk is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or order processing
- Comfortable working on repetitive workflows
- Strong written English and documentation skills
