About the role:
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Category Manager to own and scale key product categories end-to-end. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, analytical thinking, and execution capability to drive revenue, profitability, and customer growth across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the P&L; for assigned categories, driving revenue, margins, and growth targets




Build and execute category strategy aligned with overall brand and business goals
Identify growth opportunities through market trends, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarking
Drive assortment planning, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle management
Work closely with product development teams to launch new products based on consumer needs and gaps
Optimize channel performance across D2 C website, marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and launches
Monitor and improve key metrics such as conversion, AOV, repeat rate, and contribution margin
Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and stock health in coordination with supply chain
Analyze category performance regularly and drive data-backed decision-making
Build strong vendor/supplier relationships and negotiate commercials where applicable
