About the Role:
Vostok Log UAE is looking for freelance freight forwarding sales agents in India.
Our Dubai operations team supports international freight coordination for air freight, sea freight, cross-trade shipments and logistics solutions through our global agent and carrier network.
We are looking for experienced logistics sales professionals or export/import sales consultants who can introduce real clients and generate qualified RFQs.
Responsibilities:
- Generate RFQs from Indian exporters, importers, manufacturers and trading companies.
- Target companies with regular air, sea or cross-trade shipment requirements.
- Collect complete shipment details for pricing.
- Introduce decision-makers and support client follow-up.
- Coordinate communication between clients and Vostok Log UAE.
- Help develop long-term client relationships.
Target Sectors:
- Pharma and medical equipment
- Food and FMCG exporters
- Textile and apparel exporters
- Automotive spare parts
- Machinery and industrial parts
- Electronics
- Chemicals, only with proper compliance details
- Packaging and consumer goods
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, export sales, customs clearance, shipping or cargo business.
- Existing client contacts in India.
- Strong understanding of export/import shipment requirements.
- Ability to generate qualified RFQs with full shipment details.
- Professional communication and follow-up skills.
- Compensation:
- Commission-based cooperation.
- Commission is paid from confirmed gross profit after client payment is collected.
- No fixed salary during the first trial period.
- Strong performers may be offered retainer-based cooperation later.
Significant:
The agent is not allowed to collect client payments, confirm rates, promise credit terms or sign contracts without Vostok Log UAE approval.
