Job Description:
We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
This role involves working closely with engineering and architecture teams to build robust AI systems, leveraging modern Gen AI capabilities, cloud platforms, and strong foundational knowledge in machine learning and data systems.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
AI / Gen AI Architecture
Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs), based on use case requirements.
Analyze model performance, scalability, and deployment considerations.
Contribute to the design of Gen AI solutions such as RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and model integration patterns.
Cloud & Platform Development




Build and deploy AI solutions primarily on Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Azure Open AI).
Ensure adherence to cloud architecture best practices, scalability, and reliability standard.
Data & ML Foundations
Apply knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and data engineering concepts in solution development.
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers for advanced modeling and data pipeline requirements.
Governance, Security & Cost Awareness
Apply working knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and landing zone principles.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure alignment with governance and architectural standards.
Contribute to cost-effective AI solution design and resource optimization.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of overall experience in AI/ML engineering
2 years in Azure AI ecosystem
Proven experience delivering production-grade AI systems
Design and implement Multi-Agent Systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and to
