About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned commercial professional to lead the Accounts and Commercial {Logistics} functions at our manufacturing plant in Kandla. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines financial stewardship, supply chain coordination, commercial governance, and team leadership to ensure smooth plant operations and business profitability.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with solid experience in plant finance and Logistics operations within the Chemical or Petrochemical industry.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Commercial (Logistics) Management
Lead all plant-level accounting,



financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control activities.
Drive working capital optimization through effective management of receivables, payables, inventory, and cash flows.
Ensure timely closure of books and provide meaningful MIS and business insights to management.
Oversee commercial transactions, vendor settlements, inventory valuation, and contract compliance.
Partner with plant and business leadership to identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
Manage end-to-end dispatch and logistics operations to ensure seamless movement of raw materials and finished goods.
Collaborate with transporters, warehouses, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and operational continuity.
Monitor logistics costs and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and service levels.
