About Role
The Program Management – Supply Chain & AGV Readiness is responsible for ensuring end-to-end readiness of supply chain operations integrated with automated material handling systems (ASRS/AGVs) in alignment with manufacturing launch milestones (IQ/OQ/PQ, C-Sample, SOP, Ramp).




The role acts as a cross-functional integrator, driving alignment across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Automation, Manufacturing, IT systems (MES/WMS), and external partners to ensure seamless material flow, system integration, and operational readiness at scale.
This role ensures that material availability, logistics flow, warehouse automation, and digital integration are fully validated and operational prior to production ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Supply Chain & Intralogistics readiness aligned to NPI milestones (IQ, OQ, PQ, SOP, Ramp)
- Lead AGV & ASRS readiness, including deployment, commissioning, scale-up, and operational validation
- Ensure end-to-end automated material flow is validated for production conditions
- Drive system integration readiness across AGV, MES, and WMS, ensuring accurate and real-time inventory transactions
- Ensure Supply Chain readiness, including Supplier onboarding and qualificati
