ties Technical Assessment & Cost Estima
tion Develop detailed project cost estimates across various construction activities, including Civil, MEP, finishing works, supporting infrastructure, external development, and consultant f
ees. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Bill of Quantities ( BOQ) level estimation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis for both labor and materi
als.



Conduct detailed reviews and certifications of bills for works executed on-s
ite. Site Monitoring & Quality Assur
ance Conduct physical site visits to gather primary information, monitor project milestones, and summarize key findings and examinations into actionable repo
rts. Review safety and quality management practices in office, identifying and reporting any non-complian
ces. Financial & Regulatory Monito
ring Review sales MIS data, tracking demands raised and collections m
ade. Moni tor ESCROW acco unts, auditing inflows and outflows to ensure financial complia
nce. Leverage a strong working knowledge of Development Regulat ions, building approval processes, timelines, and FAR / FSI metrics applicable to Residential, Commercial, and Township proje
cts. Project & Account Manage
ment Manage assignments from end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and process complia
