With over 14 years of offshore accounting and finance experience, we provide outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, audit support, and Virtual CFO services to businesses and accounting firms worldwide.
We are now looking for an experienced marketing leader to help build BKCPro Hub into a globally recognized brand in the accounting and finance outsourcing industry.
The Chance
This is not a conventional marketing role.
We are looking for someone who has successfully built and scaled a professional services brand and can create a long-term growth engine that generates awareness, authority, trust, and qualified opportunities.
You will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to define our market positioning, establish thought leadership, drive demand generation, and create a brand that stands out globally.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute the long-term brand strategy for BKCPro Hub.
- Define and strengthen our positioning in the accounting and finance outsourcing market.
- Create a compelling brand narrative that differentiates us from competitors.
Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
- Build and execute B2 B marketing campaigns targeting North America and the UK.
- Generate qualified leads through organic and paid channels.
- Develop scalable lead-generation systems and performance tracking frameworks.
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to improve conversion outcomes.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Build a content engine around accounting, tax, finance, outsourcing, AI, and business growth.
- Manage Linked In thought leadership initiatives for leadership team members.
- Develop case studies, whitepap
