Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute annual & monthly trade marketing calendars aligned with sales targets.
✅ Plan channel activations, loyalty programs, dealer/distributor engagement initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
✅ Drive BTL activities, in-store branding, POSM execution, and visibility enhancement.
✅ Manage General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), Retail, and E-commerce channels.
✅ Formulate Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for current product launches and improve channel penetration.
✅ Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, and post-launch performance.
✅ Coordinate with Sales, Brand, Supply Chain, and Field Teams for seamless execution.
✅ Handle trade marketing budgets and ensure optimum ROI.
✅ Manage vendors,



agencies, and procurement workflows.
✅ Lead and mentor field teams, merchandisers, and trade executives.
