ABOUT STLTH
STLTH is building activewear for women who actually train.
We're creating athlete-led products designed around movement - not brunch, not lounging, not aesthetics-first activewear.
Every product is co-created with athletes and tested by women who lift, run, cycle, spin, train and compete.
We're currently in the prototype stage, working closely with athletes and everyday movers to build products that solve real movement problems. Alongside this, we're building a community of women who show up for themselves consistently and support each other's journeys.
We're looking for someone excited by the idea of building a brand from the ground up - not just marketing it.

THE PROSPECT
As one of STLTH's earliest team members, you'll work directly with the founders across community building, athlete partnerships, content strategy and growth.




This is not a traditional internship where you'll be given tasks to execute.
You'll help answer questions like:
* How do we build a cult fitness brand before we have a product?
* How do we create a community that people genuinely want to be part of?
* How do we turn athlete insights into products women love?
* How do we make STLTH impossible to ignore?
If you love fitness, startups, content and communities, you'll get a front-row seat to building a consumer brand from zero to one.

1. Build & Grow the STLTH Community: Own and nurture our community of women who move.

* Run accountability challenges
* Organize community workouts and events
* Manage Whats App groups and community interactions
* Facilitate conversations and engagement
* Gather member feedback and insights
* Create initiatives that encourage participation
* Help members feel connected to the STLTH mission
