About the Role
We are hiring a Media Head to lead the Telugu content team and build a powerful digital
presence in Karnataka. The ideal candidate is someone who understands content storytelling,
audience psychology, and how to build scalable media engines.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead the Telugu content production team
● Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms
● Oversee video shoots, editing, and overall production quality
● Build engaging content formats that drive audience growth and leads
● Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance
● Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to support campaigns
Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in media/content roles within a startup environment
● Experience managing a content or media team
● Strong understanding of social media growth strategies
● Fluency in Telugu and English
● Expertise in content ideation and digital storytelling
● Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and execute quickly
