Role: Immigration Manager
Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end immigration matters for our client’s mobile population both India inbounds and outbounds, ensuring full compliance with immigration laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in visa processing, work permits, compliance management, and coordination with clients and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all immigration-related matters, including visa applications, coordinate with teams, work permits, residency permits etc.
Facilitation of employment and business visa applications.
Process employment/business visa requests for AMERICAS, EMEA & APAC regions preferably.
Collect all the relevant information/documentation required from the client and applicant for submission of Visa.
Preparation/review of visa applications.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of immigration documents to relevant authorities.




Provide clients with the complete documentation and brief the client/applicant on the visa interview process.
Research and collate information on interview experience at the consulate and provide guidance to the applicant.
Observe rejection trends and apply learning’s from the trends for future cases.
Track the Visa / Residence Permit expiry and initiate the extension timely to ensure the immigration status is maintained for the clients.
Conduct research on immigration processes and consular procedures for current geographies as needed by the company.
Design, document, and implement immigration processes for new geographies.
Manage contracts with clients and ensure timely renewals in accordance with internal legal team guidelines.
Keep up to date with laws, regulations, and procedures related to international mobility and immigration.
Research and assist senior team members with recent market trends on immigration.
Keep clients informed with regular updates on recent global immigration changes.
