Group Product Manager – Pharma & Healthcare
Location: Client Office (Mumbai)
Experience: 10–15 Years
We are looking for an experienced Group Product Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical brand management and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in portfolio growth, product launches, strategic planning, and stakeholder management across multiple therapy areas.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand and portfolio strategies to drive growth and market share.
Lead recent product launches and lifecycle management initiatives.
Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insight generation.
Build annual marketing plans, forecasts, budgets, and promotional campaigns.
Partner with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and external agencies to ensure effective execution.
Strengthen scientific communication and engagement with healthcare professionals.
Drive digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and patient engagement programs.




Conduct field visits to gather market insights and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related field.
MBA/PG Diploma in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Management, or Marketing preferred.
10–15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product management and brand marketing.
Proven success in portfolio management, product launches, and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
