About the Role
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product Lifecycle, including defining and executing the product vision, roadmap and the Interoperability platform strategy.
Responsibilities
Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Interoperability platform, APIs, and integration frameworks.
Establish Interoperability strategic direction with overall business unit strategy.
Serve as subject matter expert in FHIR, X12, HL7, SMART on FHIR, and related Healthcare standards.
Collaborate with senior management to define,
establish and achieve overall objectives for the product line.
Implement growth strategy through API expansions, regulatory enablement, platform extensions, and partnerships.
Hands-on experience with CMS Interoperability Final Rule, Prior Authorization transformation, and regulatory compliance.
Manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Accountable to own & maintain the functionalities for assigned modules/group of modules.
Be an expert on assigned product components & also with respect to the competition.
Drive & manage core product track and client specific interoperability solutions side by side.
Responsible to accept or reject any CR/ER along-with logical reasons behind his/her decision.
Mentor & manage teams of Product analysts to deliver product artefacts (BCDs, BRDs and PRD/FRS, Mapping documents).
Gain expertise across all modules of all Ze Omega products.
