Roles & Responsibilitie
s: Relationship management with Bankers and Lenders – current and prospectiv
e. Regular liaisoning with the Bankers/ Lenders for routine transaction
s. Responsible for Liquidity Management, ODs, Loans credit limits monitoring and managemen
t. Preparation of cash forecast on a weekly basis for 3-6 months’time horizon and monitoring of budget vs. actual cash flow
s. Ensuring timely payment of Term Loan’s EMIs and interest as per the Debt schedul
e. Preparation of Daily Bank MIS, Lenders’ schedule, and other management reports, as may be require
d. Bank authorized signatory managemen
t. Responsible for both Treasury back office and front office operations (including documentation, funds mobilization etc
). Ensuring timely accounting, daily BRS preparation & review and financial hygien
e. Participating in the month-end financial closing and preparation of necessary financial schedules,



workings, provisions et
c. Preparation of Balance Sheet schedules for treasury related GL
s. Identification of recent relationships with banks, NBFCs etc for working capital management and other treasury solution
s. Implementation of new treasury solutions (e.g., virtual accounts, Host to Host integration, online automated banking etc
). Ensuring timely and correct payment
s. Responsible for monitoring insurances and ensuring timely renewals including commercial negotiation
s. Responsible for implementing and streamlining internal controls and ensuring compliances with various checks and control
s. Ensuring timely and correct payment to foreign vendors including Fx rate negotiatio
n. Ensuring compliances with various RBI and Companies Act regulations (e.g., FCGPR filing, BOEs filing, DPT-3 Return etc
). Investment of surplus idle funds, float management and interest cost optimizatio
