The LHR Group is hiring an In vestment Manager for a large family office in Bangalore, who wil work closely with the portfolio companies for their growth and success.
The KRAs will include:
Partner with Founders and management of portfolio companies to devise long-term business strategies, define North Star metrics, and break down complex goals into actionable quarterly and monthly targets
. Monitor business performance, identify challenges, and support execution of key initiatives to drive growth
. Lead acquisition-related activities, including evaluating target companies, conducting due diligence, and supporting integration after acquisitions
The Ideal Candida
te Qualificati on: MBA/CA or similar qualificati
on Experien ce: 2–4 years of relevant experience in Founder’s Office, strategy consulting or strategy-related role
s.
