About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MSP recruitment Specialists/ Leads to join our staffing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with MSP (Managed Service Provider) programs, VMS portals, and contingent workforce hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full time positions across multiple MSP clients.
Key Responsibilities
Work on requirements received through MSP/VMS programs.
Source candidates using job boards, Linked In, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Submit qualified candidates within client SLA timelines.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants for recurring skill sets.
Ensure compliance with client and MSP requirements.
Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations.
Work closely with account managers and delivery leads to achieve placement targets.
Required Experience
2+ years of staffing industry experience.
Minimum 1 year of MSP/VMS recruiting experience.
Experience supporting US staffing, Canada staffing, or India staffing programs.
Strong understanding of contract staffing and contingent workforce models.
Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
