Role Overview:
TIGC is looking for a highly proactive and execution-focused Logistics Manager to lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations across both offline distribution channels and D2 C (Direct-to-Consumer) platforms.
The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, transportation management, last-mile delivery coordination, inventory movement, courier/vendor management, and operational efficiency across all business channels.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in logistics planning, ecommerce fulfillment, offline distribution operations, and team management while driving speed, accuracy, customer experience, and cost optimization.
Key Responsilities:
End-to-End Logistics Operations
- Manage complete logistics operations for offline retail, distribution, and D2 C channels.
- Ensure smooth movement of goods from warehouse to distributors, stores, and end customers.
- Oversee order processing, shipment planning, dispatch execution, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor logistics performance and ensure timely fulfillment across all channels.




D2 C & Ecommerce Logistics Management
- Manage ecommerce order fulfillment and customer delivery operations.
- Coordinate with courier partners, aggregators, and last-mile delivery vendors.
- Ensure SLA adherence for order processing, dispatch timelines, and delivery performance.
- Handle RTOs, returns, exchanges, reverse logistics, and customer delivery escalations.
- Optimize D2 C logistics processes to improve customer experience and reduce delivery costs.
Offline Distribution & Supply Coordination
- Coordinate dispatches for distributors, retailers, and offline business operations.
- Ensure proper shipment planning and route coordination.
- Monitor stock transfers, replenishment cycles, and transportation timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for seamless operational flow.
Vendor & Courier Management
- Manage logistics vendors, transporters, and courier partners.
